As a Gruveo Android app user, you can now organize your most often called Gruveo rooms and @handles easily and have them on hand when you need to make a call. We have added a new Favorites tab into the Gruveo Android app, and made the Recents tab more useful.

The Android app's new Favorites list includes rooms and @handles you mark as your favorite.

The latest update of the Gruveo for Android app adds the Favorites tab, which lets you save your favorite Gruveo rooms and @handles for easy access.

We want to remind you to update the Gruveo app on all your mobile devices. If you haven't done so already, now’s your chance!

As you know, we are retiring support for all the older versions of Gruveo apps for iOS and Android tomorrow (June 23, 2017). The web application is updated automatically but you need to update your Gruveo apps for iOS and Android yourself.

Registering a Gruveo handle is a logical step towards that. Including your handle on your website and all other communication tools—so that clients can reach you—is the next one. But if you've already completed these steps, what more can you do to help people reach you even more easily?

We have great news! We took the simplicity of making Gruveo calls one step further by creating the Gruveo button: a click-to-call button that automatically starts a call on your Gruveo handle. Simple as that!

Since last Tuesday, you have been able to enjoy group video, voice and screen sharing calls with Gruveo. (For more information about the group calling release, click here.) Today, we want to inform you about a big technical change associated with ​this release.

​Group calling is a Gruveo Pro feature that connects Gruveo users (both Pro and non-Pro) in calls with more than two participants. To be able to enjoy it, all call participants need to be using the Gruveo web application or version 4.0 or later of our mobile apps.

It feels like only a couple of months have passed by and yet here we are today, celebrating the first birthday of the Gruveo app for Android! Time flies, right? As proud parents, we are delighted by the success of our youngest app. It's been extremely useful to thousands of Gruveo users so far, helping them make easy video and voice calls on the go.

And not just that! It's grown significantly and improved its stability and performance over the past year. Apart from the common Gruveo features we've been adding, the Android app has some of its own, too.
