How Can I Update My Account’s Email Address or Password?

Gruveo lets you easily change the email address and password associated with your account. Read on to learn how.

Updating Your Account’s Email Address

To change your account’s email, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on the Gruveo website, click your name in the upper right, then Profile.
  • Click “Change Email”.
  • On the page that opens, enter the new email address and confirm it by entering it once again.
  • Enter your current Gruveo password and then click “Change”.
  • Once Gruveo confirms your email change request, check the inbox for the new email address that you entered.
  • Click the confirmation link in the email that Gruveo sent you to finalize the change.

Please note that your account email will not be updated until you confirm the change by clicking the confirmation link in your inbox.

You can update your account’s email and password in the Profile section of your Gruveo account.

Updating Your Account’s Password

To change your account’s password, do this:

  • Log into your account on the Gruveo website, click your name in the upper right, then Profile.
  • Click “Change Password”.
  • On the page that opens, enter your current Gruveo password.
  • Enter your desired new password, confirm it by entering it once again, and then click “Change”.
