How Do I Cancel My Gruveo Subscription?

If you’ve given Gruveo a try and wish to cancel, you may do so in the Settings section of your account. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account on the Gruveo website.
  • Click your @handle in the upper right, and then “Settings”.
  • Select the Billing tab from the options on the left side of the page.
  • Click the “cancel subscription” link next to the information about your subscription.
  • Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Click the “cancel subscription” link in the Billing section of your Gruveo account to cancel your subscription.

Subscription Cancellation for Gruveo Pro Users

If you are a legacy Gruveo Pro user, you will not see the “cancel subscription” link on your Billing page. To cancel your subscription, please do the following:

  • Open the Billing section of your account on the Gruveo website.
  • Click the “manage subscription” link.
  • On the page that opens, switch to the Subscriptions tab on top.
  • Click the “Manage” button next to your Gruveo subscription and then “Cancel Subscription”.

What Happens After I Cancel My Subscription?

After you cancel your Gruveo subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Gruveo features until the end of your billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you will continue to have access until the end of your trial.

Afterwards, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to receive any incoming calls. You will still be able to log in for another 14 days, during which you will be able to e.g. download your call recordings. Unless you reactivate your subscription, your Gruveo account will be permanently removed at the end of the 14-day period.

How Do I Reactivate My Subscription?

If you canceled your Gruveo subscription, you can reactivate the subscription during the 14 days following your account being disabled. To reactivate your subscription, follow these steps:

  • Open the Billing section of your account on the Gruveo website.
  • Click the “reactivate” link.
  • In the pop-up that opens, add your payment details and click “Pay”.

Your account will get reenabled immediately after your subscription is reactivated, and you will be able to enjoy the Gruveo features once again.
